Rafael Ferrer wins award for his Architecture Thesis

We want to congratulate Rafael Ferrer for winning the “Best Institutional or Commercial Project” in the End of Collegiate Career competition sponsored by the College of Architects and Landscape Architects of Puerto Rico (CAAPPR). His thesis “Media Forum” is a building for teaching Media and Communication Arts proposed for an empty lot where the Cupey urban Train Station, the Ana G. Mendez Campus and the University of Puerto Rico Botanical Garden meet. Rafael is part of the talented group of young architects recruited by CMA adding fresh design concepts and strong digital presentation skills to our team.
