CMA is inspecting the DTL that will alleviate Caguas-San Juan traffic
At a cost of $ 130 million, the Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority (PRHTA), inaugurated on April 28, 2021, the dynamic toll lane (DTL) between Caguas and San Juan. The new lane will allow traffic between Caguas and San Juan, along the PR-52 and PR-18 highways in less time.
CMA oversaw the Management and Inspection of Units number 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Phase 3, as well as Phase 6 of the Project.
The CMA’s Project and Construction Management (PCM) staff, which managed the successful execution of this project, includes Hipólito Vázquez, Juan C. Montalvo, Ángel Rivera, Reina Camacho, Roberto Sánchez, Irwin Vázquez, David Alamo, and Gustavo Cuello. The group was assisted by Associate Director, Irene Pérez.
